After spending 2 weeks in International Rates Training, i went on to spend another 3 weeks doing CRC Training. A more defined and intensive training on the special request queues with 21 participants from all the teams. We had the pleasure of having Jody and Joyce from MSP CRC dept teaching us all about CRC. Doing CRC can be a bore and so we decided to bring them out to Newton for dinner on a thursday on the 2nd week and on the 3rd week we had pizzas for dinner courtesy from them!
